I guess this would be an interesting article since we always try natural and less expensive ways to cure ourselves when we are sick. We want natural because it is inherent in us to think that nature is supposed to help heal us without any side effects. We want less expensive for reasons that are obvious, to save money.

So the questions are, what is the asparagus treatment? Can asparagus cure cancer? What does asparagus and cancer cure have in common? Can we eat asparagus as cancer cure?

There are reports that different types of cancers have been cured by eating asparagus. According to those reports, some have been cured of cancer of the lymph glands, cancer of the bladder, lung cancer and skin cancer. Those reports only show the claimed results. The "how and why" the cancer was cured remains unsolved. Some even say that the said treatment is a hoax! In any case, eating asparagus and using it as cancer treatment will do more good than harm. It has been said that asparagus contains antioxidants. This is probably one of the biggest reasons why it can help in curing cancer.

There are no peer-reviewed medical studies proving that eating asparagus alone prevents or cures cancer. Although asparagus has nutritional benefits, such as glutathione, protein (three amino acids: cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine), vitamin D, folic acid, the amount you get from eating asparagus is not sufficient to combat cancer alone. You still get the benefit, so eat your asparagus!

Whether asparagus can cure and treat cancer or not, it gives cancer patients hope and hope is one of the most important things in life especially when it is in danger. So if you know someone who has cancer you might want to bring this up to him or her to give them hope and try out something that might cure their sickness.

Finally, while it may help, dietary measures cannot replace a proper medical diagnosis and treatment of a disease, especially cancer.

When fruit is consumed correctly, nothing can surpass it. Even for those who want to lose a little weight, the proper consumption of fruit will help.

Eating 'dessert' in the form of fruits has become a habit in many cultures. Not many people realize, however, that eating fruits after meals cause the food to ferment, which in turn causes bloating or gas. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. So please eat your fruits in an empty stomach or before your meals!

Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. So stop making 'Pisang Goreng' or 'Durian Porridge' if you want nutrients. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. But if you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly. Because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprise when your friends tell you how radiant you look! During the fruit fast you can eat fruits, prepared in salad forms and make it more interesting.
