I am writing to you on behalf of the Tabligh Committee of Toronto Jamaat. We were planning to make a DVD/CD out of the Cartoons you had created about the story of Karbala. Add some voices and sound to it and make it like a Photo Story, This is approved by the IEB of the World Federation of KSIMC. Just want your permission to use the material and script.
