Asalamu Aleikum,

May the peace and blessing of the Almighty Allah SWT continue to be with our last prophet SAW and his household, companions and Muslims till the day of judgement and beyond.

You mail on cobbler forwarded to me was highly inspirational just as I swear by Allah that for the first time in my life too I had planned to be part of this year Hajj. I had paid an agent but could not get visa till the last day, Tuesday 1st Dec, 2008. It pained me and I felt bad but I accepted it as the will of Allah for me. I have always wish to make Hajj but with yearly excuse by me of no time have never concluded in my mind until this year which turned out this way.

So, after reading your mail I learnt more about intention and good deeds as the ultimate which Allah rewards rather than location where a person is.

I thank your organisation while praying to the Almighty Allah SWT to kindly accept all we do as an act of ibadah. Ameen.

Dear Permissions Manager,

I have been on the Ez Softech/Stories/Quran website and found this contact address to send my permission request into. This is for the use of a page from the site to be included in our not-for-profit educational materials for schools.

Therefore, attached here is our formal request outlining which page we wish to include in our educational materials, as well as how we intend to use it. But perhaps before you take a look, I might explain a bit more about how we wish to integrate your page into our program. Essentially what happens is: Teachers have found and really liked this page. So they have asked for a "Screen Grab" to be taken so that it could be included in a Taecanet Learning Journey based on that subject matter.

What then happens is that the screen grabbed page, with all of your mastheads still in place, is integrated into this learning journey. Each learning journey is comprised of 16 pages making up a unit of work. Questions are then asked at the end of each page, and if the student gets them all right, they move on to the next page. If they don't, they are asked to review the page again and at the end, are once again asked a set of questions.

During this learning journey, links away from the site are disabled. But when the children have completed all 16 pages in the unit, they are able to research further using your actual 'live' website. We call this 'Explore Mode' and here children are presented with a thumbnail of your home page. Clicking on this takes them to your actual web site, where they can explore and discover further information, which of course, would be fully up-to-date.

So you needn't worry about us 'manipulating' or editing the text of your page as it is taken as viewed from the website. I do hope this answers some questions you might have and that you will feel that you wish your work to be part of this program. Please do let me know your thoughts.
